General conditions and terms

WKE Konzert- & Eventveranstaltungs GmbH, registered office Opernring 7/19 1010 Wien is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Vienna, department of recreational businesses.
Holder of a business license for the unrestricted businesses "organization of events" and "ticket office".
Registered with the Commercial Court Vienna with the company register number 445810 d, the VAT identification number ATU 70 26 57 13 and the DVR number 09 / 260 3711 (data registration number). WKE is the organizer of the Schönbrunn Palace Concerts.

The concerts take place daily at 8:30 PM at the Schönbrunn Orangery; the concert takes place at 3:00 PM on December 24th and the concert takes place at 7:00 PM on December 31st. On selected days, concerts may take place in the Great Gallery or the White-and-Gold Room (not barrier-free) of the Schönbrunn Palace. In exceptional cases, concerts may take place at the Vienna Music Society, the Vienna Concert Hall or the Schönbrunn Palace Theater. Please note that customers may not claim a specific concert hall for the concert.

Bookings

Online bookings are made by credit card only. Tickets are not valid until payment is received in full. By providing the credit card number as well as the credit card's expiration date, the customer authorizes WKE to charge the credit card with the total amount of the booking following the booking confirmation even without the holder's original signature.

Right of withdrawal

When it comes to the following contracts, customers do not have a right of withdrawal: Accommodation services for purposes other than living, transport of goods, renting of motor vehicles and supply of food and drinks, and services provided with relation to leisure activities, given a specific date or time frame that is specified in the contract in order for the contract to be fulfilled (§ 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG). That is to say if WKE offers services in the area of leisure activities, especially tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Any order of tickets is therefore binding and obligates the customer to accept and pay for the tickets he/she has ordered.

Delivery, use

Your concert tickets will be put aside for you at the box office. If you have purchased a package, may we ask you to pick up all your vouchers at our office located at the Orangery ahead of time. Upon request, WKE will ship concert tickets via Austrian registered mail. Delivery expenses are charged to the customer. WKE does not assume liability for any tickets lost in the mail. Please note that WKE cannot assume liability for the incorrect delivery by third parties, i.e., the postal service or, if applicable, messenger services. WKE shall hence not be responsible for any compensation claims resulting from the failure to deliver the tickets. Admission tickets may not be used improperly; they may not be copied or modified. By using the admission ticket, the user automatically accepts the organizer's general terms and conditions as well as the house rules at the venue.

Cancellation of events, changes, refunds

If an event is cancelled, original tickets may be mailed in for a refund by registered mail up to two months following the scheduled date to WKE, Opernring 7/19, A-1010 Wien. Your name and bank account number, banking institution and bank identification number are required for the retransfer. We reserve the right to minor changes or justified changes regarding the cast and program. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, change in program or cast no compensation for expenses (e.g. travel, hotel, advance sale fees or shipping fees) shall be given.

General stipulations

Viennese event law requires all guests to check their coats or jackets in the cloakroom. The service of the cloakroom is subject to a fee. In the event of a fire or other disasters, please follow the instructions given by present staff members. Please remain calm! Photography or video recording is not permitted during the concert. Beverages are permitted in the bar area and the patio only.

Data protection

The customer acknowledges that all electronically provided data will be processed electronically by WKE for the purpose of contract negotiation and administration. The customer also agrees to the transfer of this data to affiliated companies (parent company or subsidiaries) in accordance with the legal provisions and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 2000. Please note that the customer may revoke this consent at any time.

Photos:

The customer acknowledges, that photos might be taken before, during and after the concert at the concert venue. This pictures can be used for the documentation and promotion of the event. House rules, court of jurisdiction, applicable law By purchasing a ticket, guests accept the house rules of the Schönbrunn Orangery as displayed in the Orangery. The court of jurisdiction for business customers and international private customers is the competent court in Vienna; the court of jurisdiction for national private customers is their locally competent court. These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law. excluding the conflict-of-laws rules.
