Schoenbrunn Palace Concerts hit a musical high
The millionth visitor at Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery
The "Mozart Year", dedicated to one of the greatest composer of all times,
has been a record-breaking year. The concert series at Schoenbrunn Palace
Orangery, the Schoenbrunn Palace Concerts, had a big event to celebrate as well:
the millionth visitor experienced the magical ambience at Schoenbrunn Palace
Orangery. Just like 999,999 visitors before him, the lucky visitor from Japan,
accompanied by his wife, enjoyed a delightful evening for eyes and ears alike:
first-class music, singing and dance. The concert promoter had prepared a very
special surprise for this gentleman: delighted, he took the conductor’s baton
and, expertly assisted by the conductor, conducted the “Radetzky March”.
After having been highly successful for more than ten years now with its
concerts series featuring highlights of classical music by Mozart and the
Strauss family, concert promoter IMaGE saw attendance increase even more during
the ongoing "Mozart Year". The majority of international lovers of classical
music attending the concerts visits from Asia. Visitors from all over the world
appreciate the web site available in seven languages and easy online bookings.
Once at the Orangery, visitors enjoy both the Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra's
masterful performance as well as the beauty of the Baroque building with its
royal ambience. Feedback received by visitors proves that the selection of
classical music perfectly matches the visitors' taste, thus making the concert
one of the highlights of their stay in Vienna. The program, including, among
others, "The Marriage of Figaro", the "Magic Flute" and the "Radetzky March"
captivates the audience each and every evening.
Established in 1994, IMaGE has made a name for itself as a concert promoter
and leaseholder of Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery. Thanks to the company's
successful performance, business activities were continually expanded. Today,
IMaGE has its own
catering and event service,
available at the Orangery and in Greater Vienna. In April 2006, IMaGE took the successful
Palace Concerts concept to Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin. Both in Vienna and Berlin, an international
team is dedicated to providing an evening of classical music that leaves
visitors with lasting memories.
