Bookings

payment is received in full. By providing the credit
card number as well as the credit card's expiration date, the customer
authorizes IMaGE to charge the credit card with the total amount of the
booking following the booking confirmation even without the holder's original
signature.
Cancellation
The Mail Order and E-Commerce Sales Act does not apply to contracts
entered into with IMaGE relating to recreational services, especially tickets
for events (cf. article 6, paragraph 3 of Council Directive 97/7/EC). This implicates,
among other things, that the customer has no revocation right
(cf. § 3, paragraph 4, clause 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act).
Therefore, every ticket order shall be binding immediately upon confirmation by
IMaGE and obliges the customer to pay for the tickets ordered.
Delivery, use
Your concert tickets will be put aside for you at the box office. If you have
purchased a package, may we ask you to pick up all your vouchers at our office
located at the Orangery ahead of time. Upon request, IMaGE will ship concert
tickets via Austrian registered mail. Delivery expenses are charged to the
customer. IMaGE does not assume liability for any tickets lost in the mail.
Please note that IMaGE cannot assume liability for the incorrect delivery by
third parties, i.e., the postal service or, if applicable, messenger services.
IMaGE shall hence not be responsible for any compensation claims resulting from
the failure to deliver the tickets. Admission tickets may not be used
improperly; they may not be copied or modified. By using the admission ticket,
the user automatically accepts the organizer's general terms and conditions as
well as the house rules at the venue.
Cancellation of events, changes, refunds
If an event is cancelled, original tickets may be mailed in for a refund by
registered mail up to two months following the scheduled date to IMaGE,
