Palace tour

Empress Maria Theresia appreciated the unique atmosphere of Schoenbrunn Palace and made it her summer residence. Emperor Franz Joseph I is said to have had a special predilection for the sumptuous palace and its park. This package takes you back to times long past! Your personal guide will show you the palace‘s sumptuous ceremonial and private rooms, after the palace‘s official opening hours.

Twilight tour at Vienna Zoo

Explore the oldest zoo in the world, showing countless species, all living in their natural habitat. Koala bears, tigers, penguins, elephants and many other animals are looking forward to your visit! After a busy day, the zoo quiets down in the evening. Some animals go to sleep, while others eat their evening food rations. Going on a twilight tour shows provides insight into a very different world - experience the Vienna zoo on the threshold between night and day.

Dinner

Dinner is served in the restaurant "Kaiserpavillon" located in the very heart of Schoenbrunn zoo. Emperors and empresses alike would have been delighted by the delicious three-course dinner we have prepared for you.

The restaurant "Kaiserpavillon" is only an easy 15 minutes' walk away from the main entrance to Schoenbrunn Palace. If you are traveling by bus, you will find plenty of space for accessing and parking at the zoo's yard. Or you have the option of taking a romantic trip on the Schoenbrunn Panorama Train...

Taking a trip on the nostalgia panorama train through Schoenbrunn's extensive gardens is an experience out of the ordinary. The panorama train will first take you up to the so-called "Gloriette". Following a short stop for taking pictures, you will continue your journey to dinner at Kaiserpavillon restaurant. After an enjoyable and relaxing dinner, the panorama train will take you to the concert at Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery exactly on time.

The concert takes place at a location that played an important role throughout Mozart's career: the elaborately restored Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery. It was frequently used as the perfect location for sumptuous festivities back in the times of the royalty. We have decided to keep this tradition alive. The musical performance of the renowned Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra, accompanied by vocalists and ballet dancers, captivates the audience each and every evening.

Concert hall

On selected days, concerts may take place in the Great Gallery or the White Gold Room located inside Schoenbrunn Palace, at the Schoenbrunn Palace Theater or in other concert halls in Vienna. We will be happy to send you the detailed concert plan upon request.
